Accelerated Free Fall. The Aff is the most modern course that will transform you in a short time into a complete and safe skydiver.

Duration: The course consists on one day of theory in order to prepare you for your first jump on the next day. The course can be  done in any period of the year depending on the weather.

Type of instruction: The course is structured in 7 levels "step by step”, and during the first three jumps you will be assisted by two instructors. The two instructors will follow you, holding you tight, from the exit of the aircraft at a height of 4000 meters until the opening of your parachute. During the descent you will be assisted by a radio until landing. After the three jumps you will be assisted by only one instructor until your seventh jump. By the end of the course you will be able to jump in a very technical way and in a short time compared to a traditional course that would take you much longer time and more jumps.

Physical requirements: There are no specific  contra-indications, to participate to the course, only a doctor's agonistic certificate, from a sports medicine centre or any doctor of the F.I.M.S. This is the best way to become a skydiver. It’s a full immersion course, and you will be followed by two International qualified instructors during the seven jumps at 4000 meters, and during your free fall until you open your parachute. During your landing you will be assisted by radio. The cost is 1.600,00 Euro. It consists in: practical and theory course books, renting of the equipment 7 jumps from an altitutude of 4000 meters, about 13000 ft
